I hate hate hate watching tv and not being able to hear all dialog, so i turn it up.

Then the commercials are so **** loud they blow my ears and or speakers.

WTF !?

yes i totally agree i just heard a turbo tax commercial that has been consistently 2x louder than the programs that they have been playing it over, all i know is i will now never ever purchase their crappy product simply because they thought it was important enough to wake my girlfriend up for
